A professional home inspection includes examination of various components (systems) of a house. More specifically these include:

Building Site
Foundations and Anchors
Supporting Structure
Roof
Exterior Elements
Doors and Windows
Garage
Interior elements
Appliances
Plumbing System
Electrical System
Heating System
Air-Conditioning System
Chimney and Fireplace Insulation
How long dose it take?

Approximately 2 to 3 hours is needed to perform a thorough inspection on an average house of approximately 2,000 s.f. Of course this is an average and some houses will take more and some less time. While this may seem excessive for an average home, in a thorough inspection, there is a great deal of information to obtain.

Once the inspection is complete, a written report documenting the inspection is prepared and distributed. The report typically identifies areas of concern that may need immediate attention, as well as information toward maintenance or upgrades. Since no two houses are the same, no two home inspections will be identical. Our focus at WellHouse is to provide you, the client, with accurate information in an informative, useful and often educational manner.
